While the electrical, plumbing and heating systems have been updated; the house retains most of its original architectural and decorative features including a tiled fireplace in the parlor and several early 20th century light fixtures throughout.

The daughter, Elinor Webster closed off a portion of the second floor to provide an apartment for her friend. This area was rented until recently. Now, it may be either rented, used as a mother-in-law suite or once again, a single family home.

Very attractive landscaping including a back garden with a garden bench under an arbor of wisteria, fishpond and boxwood that dates to the 1920’s.
