Living Room
[27 X 19] Large Bay Window typical
in Queen Anne style marks the living room. French doors open
from Foyer. Brick fireplace in room's center. Hardwood
floors.
Kitchen

Clean and Crisp. Some original wood trim. Large -
"eat in" ability. Entrance to utility area and bath.
Utility Room - 1/2 bathOff Kitchen - Washer and Dryer / Utility area and
entrance to half bath. Half bath has period "corner sink".
Dining Room
[19 X 12] 2 Built-in corner hutches, High
ceilings, hardwood floors.
Foyer - Center Hall Original wood work -rich oak - adorns
typical Queen Anne Style "turned staircase" with decorative newel
post. Foyer is wide and spacious. Stairway landing has
stained glass window. There is also an antique bell chime.
Screened PorchScreened in porch allows cozy setting for outdoor
relaxation. Porch faces the street and sidewalk in front of
house. Pop out screens make for easy maintenance.
Upstairs- 2nd Floor 4 Bedrooms and
a bathroom are located on the second floor. hallway and
bedrooms are carpeted and bathroom has ceramic tile. Bedrooms have
large closets with windows in each.

Sleeping Porch- At the turn of the 20th century, Victorian architects
devised a unique way to escape the summer heat while sleeping.
This house has a summer "sleeping porch" which has access off of one
bedroom. There was just enough room for one cot or two chairs.
It now serves as a balcony off of one of the bedrooms.
