Outbuildings
Because the property was once a working farm, there are still
several historic farm buildings on the property that can be used for
storage or other uses. The Barn, Granary and double-vehicle
Garage all lay in close proximity to one another at the front of the
property (not the water side). There is also a small building
adjacent to the pier which was once an ice-house or cooling house.
Near the ice-house was a concrete slab that was formerly used for
oyster shucking.
In-ground PoolThe In-ground pool is situated in a secluded
area of the back yard. Concrete decking and landscaped gardens
surround the pool.NOTE: Pool is currently not in working
order. Some maintenance and repair is needed.
The adjacent lot to the property has the old Colston family cemetery, with
headstones that date family members born in the late eighteenth
century.
