The Grand Foyer

As you walk through the front door of the Trinity Parsonage, you enter a grand foyer designed for receiving guests.  The Queen Anne style staircase with oak banister lines two walls, and Virginia Heart Pine covers the floor. A window seat with bay window is nestled behind the stair landing, and a pocket door leads into the front parlor.  Grand foyer is 14 feet by 18 feet with a separate 6.5 ft X 4 ft. doorway entrance.

Front Parlor and Family Room

The Front Parlor is entered from the Grand Foyer through 5 paneled oak  pocket doors and measures 12 feet by 16 feet.  It has a matching bay window with window seat and Virginia Heart Pine floors.  The Parlor also has a working fireplace with a carved oak mantle with beveled glass mirror and matching oak molding. 

The Family Room or Back Parlor measures 14 feet by 17 feet and has built in shelves / bookcases with bay style windows.  Images of both rooms are below.

The Kitchen

The Kitchen
The kitchen in the Parsonage measures 12 feet by 12.6 feet and has a tile floor, tile countertops, stainless steel stovetop (gas), automatic dishwasher and an electric wall oven. Just off the kitchen is a walk in pantry (7ft X 3.6ft.).  The cabinets were custom built specifically for this kitchen by a previous owner.  Laundry / Utility Room and Sunroom are off the kitchen area.   View 2 of kitchen


Dining Room

The ample Dining Room measures 18 feet by 12 feet and has entry ways into the Front Parlor, Family Room and Kitchen. It has Virginia Heart Pine Floors and a working fireplace with oak mantle.  This fireplace has a gas logs.

The downstairs bath measures 6 feet by 6 feet and has a tile floor and shower / tub.

The utility room has a full size washer and dryer, tile floor and cabinets for storage.  It measures 11 feet by 7.6 feet.
