	Foyer and Staircase The Foyer warmly greets visitors with hardwood floors and rich, dark woodwork that is prominent throughout the home. One's eyes naturally gravitate to the beautiful staircase and banister railing leading to the upstairs. A second stairway leads to the Kitchen from the second floor.
	Living Room A Fireplace and original mantle is the main focal point of the Living Room. Removing the bricks and inserting a gas fireplace would be an ideal remedy here. Notice the French Door that is off to the right that leads to the Utility Room.
	Dining Room As one travels towards the Dining Rooms, don't forget to pull out the sliding, five paneled wood pocket doors on either side of the entrance. These doors have not lost their luster with the passage of time. Enjoy cool breezes coming from the other access door of the front porch while dining during the Summer months.
	Kitchen / Utility Room The Kitchen is a contrast to the rest of the home as it has vinyl flooring, brightly painted walls, and several windows allowing for plenty of light. The Utility Room beyond, complete with washer and dryer, is spacious enough for possibly adding a half bath.
Bedrooms the Master Bedroom and two smaller bedrooms are located upstairs. The Bedrooms have wall to wall carpeting and the Bathroom has vinyl flooring.
